Booking and confirmation

An enquiry is not a booking. A trip is confirmed only once we have replied to you with the date, timing, vehicle type and fare.

Please share an accurate pick-up address and contact number. We may not be able to complete a trip if we cannot reach you at the pick-up point.

What the fare includes

Quoted package fares include the vehicle, fuel, driver allowance, tolls and parking for the stated route and duration.

Not included: monument and museum entry tickets, guide charges, meals, accommodation and any applicable taxes. Rates shown on the site are for a sedan; SUV, extra-kilometre, waiting, night-halt and outstation-route charges are quoted on request.

During the trip

Route changes, additional stops or extra hours beyond the agreed plan may change the fare; we will tell you the revised amount before proceeding.

Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle are not permitted. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings, and we ask that seat belts be worn.

Delays outside our control

Traffic, weather, road closures, monument timings and mechanical breakdown can affect timings. We will arrange a replacement vehicle wherever practical, but we cannot accept liability for missed onward connections caused by such events.
