When you call, message us on WhatsApp or submit an enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, pick-up and drop points and the number of passengers.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Fares are settled directly with us.

How we use it

Your details are used only to answer your enquiry, arrange the vehicle and driver for your trip, and contact you about that booking.

We may keep basic trip records for our own accounting and to help if you book with us again.

Sharing

We share only what a driver needs to complete your trip, such as your name, phone number and pick-up location. We do not sell your information or pass it to advertisers.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry and trip records are kept only as long as needed for the booking and our accounts. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by calling or emailing us, and we will act on the request unless we are required to keep a record.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images may be loaded from third-party services, which will see your IP address as part of serving those files.
